We do have a newsletter updating you on our stock and events, you can subscribe to this on our homepage via the ‘Newsletter’ link.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes we do, please note this chart is displayed in inches and is for reference only.

How do I get more information on a product?
If you would like more information on a certain product please email us at admin@boutique73.co.uk with your enquiry including the name of the product and the information you would like and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP.

How do I make an order?
To make an order you browse through our products, click on the product(s) you would like to purchase, choose the size and click add to cart.
To complete the order go to the shopping cart area where you can pay for your item.
If you are a registered user this is where you log in to complete the order under your account name. If you are a new user you will have to register and you will then be re-directed to the payment section where you follow the steps until your order is complete. -
How do I change or cancel my order?
If your item has already been dispatched unfortunately you will have to wait until you have received it to return the item. If the item has not been dispatched you can contact us via phone or email providing us with all your order information and the problem. We cannot guarantee that your order will be changed or cancelled but we will do our best. -
What are the shipping options?
Junk Fashions Limited operates and supplies internationally. Delivery costs may vary depending on the weight and value of your order. All countries that we offer delivery to have their individual delivery prices included within the checkout section of the website.

UK Delivery is free when you spend over £50.00, otherwise Standard UK delivery(2nd Class) is £2.99 and Express UK delivery (1st Class) is £3.99 per order. UK Special Delivery is £6.50 per order. Our standard delivery charge to a majority of European countries is £4.99 other countries outside of Europe are charged at £6.99.
Orders can also be collected free in store. Both shops stock different products so please do check before collecting which store your purchase is in. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to call us on 01908 314411.

What are the payment methods?
The payment method that we use is via Paypal as it is secure and easy to use, if you have a paypal account the checkout will direct you to it and you just need to log in and complete the payment on there. If you don’t have one, create a paypal account here: https://www.paypal.co.uk/uk -
Do I need to sign up in order to shop?
No you don’t, you can check out as a guest if you do not want to sign up. -
Can you deliver to a different address to my billing address?
Yes we can deliver to the address of your choice you just need to fill it out in the delivery address section when completing your order. If you are selecting a work address please ensure you always put the name of the Company or Organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure it is successfully delivered. -
Why has my order not arrived?
If you have a problem with your order or it has not arrived please contact us with the date that you ordered, your name and details, the item(s) that you ordered and the problem. -
Where can I find your discount codes?
We will email our customers with a registered account with our offers and special discount codes. If you haven’t got an account, just set one up on our home page and you will receive any special promotions we offer. If you want to use your discount code, just fill out the ‘discount code’ box on checkout. Easy Peasy!

What is your returns policy?
If within 7 days of receipt of your delivery you are unhappy with your purchase we will attempt to reasonably put the matter right either by means of Credit–Refund or Exchange. We will accept any items you are unhappy about subject to the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 where you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery (7 day cooling off period). All monies excluding the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of delivery will need to be covered by you. In order to be suitable for a return the goods must not have been used and be returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags still intact/affixed. Goods must be in a resell-able condition (we reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). We recommend goods are sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in a secure/adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage whilst in transit. You must inform us by email of your wish to cancel the contract to return goods for credit or exchange prior to return and within the 7 day cooling off period ending. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of both inward and outward delivery will need to be met by you. All returned goods must be marked “Returns Department”, and sent back to: Boutique 73, 73 Church Street, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5LD.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item please post the item back to us with a note inside with the date and details of your order, your name and a contact number. Also describe the problem and what you would like us to exchange it for. If you would like to return and order for a refund please follow the same procedure but write on the note what the reason for returning is and that you would like a refund.
